Moving Water Basics (Full Day): River reading, ferries, eddy entries/exits on the Brahmpuri stretch (Class I–II).
Whitewater Progression (2 Days): Skill consolidation on Shivpuri/Marine Drive (Class II–III) with safety drills and rescue practice.
Kayak Rolling (Pool/River Eddy): Step‑by‑step roll development with bracing and body mechanics; multiple short sessions work best.
Swiftwater Safety for Paddlers: Hydrology, swimming in current, throw‑bag use, simple rescues—great add‑on for adventure travelers.

Professional instruction, kayak, paddle, PFD, helmet, spray deck (as applicable), safety equipment. Wetsuits/splash tops provided on cooler days.
Quick‑dry clothing (no cotton), secure footwear (river sandals/neoprene/old trainers), sunscreen, towel/change of clothes, water, snacks, any personal medication. Avoid valuables on the river.
All activities follow Uttarakhand Adventure Tourism safety guidelines. Participants should be able to swim 25–50 m (recommended) and be medically fit. Alcohol/drugs strictly prohibited. We may require government ID for permits. Programs are subject to river conditions and instructor availability.
